Cheryl A. Cameron

Ms. Cameron has focused her practice on real estate law. She is experienced in real estate acquisitions, transfers, financing, foreclosures and work-outs as well as diverse real estate litigation including extensive construction lien litigation. Many real estate transactions are coupled with acquisition and disposition of closely-held business interests which are both seller financed and financed through various commercial lenders. Ms. Cameron experience in negotiating and closing real estate transactions often includes corporate formation and planning, negotiation of stockholder agreements, buy-sell agreements and planning for future family interests.

Ms. Cameron also has commercial litigation experience in state and federal courts in connection with various contractual claims involving utility contractors, automotive suppliers, marine manufacturers and construction contractors and suppliers.
